Maverick HR Consulting is a human resources and diversity consulting firm. What sets us apart is that our consultants all have both senior human resources and diversity experience in the private, public, and educational sectors.
Founded in December 2009 by Michelle "Chelle" Goodwine Lawson, CEO, the firm helps its clients solve its recruitment, training, and HR compliance dilemmas through the lens of diversity.
Described by her colleagues as a "maverick" when she was a Vice President of Administration and Human Resources for a quasi-public organization in the 1990s, Chelle is proud of her company's ability to take the nontraditional or unconventional approach to solving common human resource dilemmas.
Maverick HR Consulting works with clients who appreciate "outside-of-the box" solutions. The firm's goal, no matter the service provided, is to find effective and cost-efficient solutions that creates a win-win atmosphere for the employer and employees.
